My Scene CD-ROM

The My Scene CD-ROM is a 2003 PC CD-ROM game for the Microsoft Windows operating system developed by Vivendi Universal Games. This is the first My Scene Computer Game.

Synopsis[]

Hang out with the My Scene girls for fashion and fun in the big city! Help Barbie, Chelsea, and Madison plan for one of 12 weekend events - an art show, games night, and more. Cruise through four areas of the city in search of cool items needed for each occasion. Go shopping and help them buy a to-die-for outfit, find the hottest new makeup, or search for cool sunglasses to prepare for the big event! While shopping, uncover trendy fashion boutiques, a hip music studio, and meet cute boys. Plus, take fun quizzes and "tell all" tests to discover things about you and your friends! Complete fun activities like designing chic clothes to earn extra cash. You are super savvy and sooo in demand.

Gameplay[]

There are twelve different weekend events that you help the three main My Scene girls (Barbie, Chelsea and Madison) plan. The 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th events are headed by Barbie; the 2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th events are headed by Chelsea; and the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th events are headed by Madison.

Here is a list of all the events that happen in the game in the order that they happen:

Barbie and Madison are planning a surprise birthday party for Chelsea that's being held in Barbie's apartment in Downtown.
The girls are heading to an art show held at the Park Cafe, during which Madison runs into an old friend of hers (a girl named Bella) whose dad happens to be a big-time movie director.
Madison gets a call from Bella, who invites her, Barbie and Chelsea to a wrap party for a movie that her dad worked on, with the party being held at The Old Fire Station.
The girls are going out on a big group date at 11C over on the Upper East Side with Hudson and Bryant.
The girls are competing in a charity roller-skating competition held in the park by the cafe, with all the money going towards an animal shelter.
Madison's hosting a game night at her place (with permission from her parents).
Hudson invites the girls to a big music party hosted by a friend of his (who is a DJ), with the party being at the Park Cafe. During the party, Chelsea meets up with a girl who used to live in her apartment complex.
Chelsea gets a call from Jane (the girl she met up with at the DJ-party), who is a jewelry designer. Chelsea (with permission from her parents) offers to host one of Jane's jewelry parties in her apartment.
River gets the girls tickets and backstage passes to a concert being held in the park by the cafe.
River's back in NYC after being on tour and is performing at 11C. Barbie is happy to see River and wants to get him a "welcome home" gift.
Chelsea is competing in a fashion show being held over at The Old Fire Station, with the grand prize being three tickets to Paris, France. Chelsea wins and uses the tickets for herself, Barbie and Madison.
Madison is helping to get herself and her two BFFs ready for their trip to France. Once they are done getting packed up, Madison and her friends thank you for all the gave you gave them over the course of the twelve different events.
